Once availability has been confirmed, complete the Booking Form. Bookings will be held for 7 days.

Upon receipt of the Booking Form and non refundable 25% deposit, we shall forward an email confirmation of your booking and your contract(for gite rentals).

For gite rentals, the balance and a security deposit of 200 euros will be payable 10 weeks before the start of booking. The security deposit is refunded within 1 week from departure subject to no breakages, damage or loss.

• Bed and Breakfast prices are per room per night
• Gites prices are per week
• In July and August, Changeover day is Saturday
• Supplementary charge for heating between October-April
• End of stay Cleaning charge payable on arrival
• Local Tax de sejour applies from June-September
• Animals are not accepted
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or french cheque only. Credit card payments can be accepted if time does not permit such payments.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or less from the date of arrival will be charged the full daily rate.

• Special rates apply for Easter, Christmas and New Year
• We are flexible and can accommodate specific requests: short breaks, long lets, any dates & various rental periods. Villas can be rented individually or together, allowing large families or groups to holiday together, yet still maintaining your privacy and space.
• For certain periods, special reduced rates for couples only.
