Once availability has been confirmed, complete the Booking Form. Your request to reserve the house(s) will be accepted . Bookings will be held for 7 days to give you time to arrange payment. The reservation is not confirmed unless and until the deposit is paid.

Upon receipt of the Booking Form and non refundable 30% deposit, we shall forward an email confirmation of your booking and your contract(for gite rentals). If renting 3 gites, we require a 35% deposit to guarantee the reservation.

For gite rentals(self catering) , the balance and a security deposit of 200 euros for Hibiscus and Mimosa, 500 eur for Orchidee will be payable 12 weeks before the start of booking. (If renting all 3 houses, we require the balance to be paid 16 weeks before arrival). The security deposit is refunded no later than 1 week from departure subject to no breakages, damage or loss.

• Bed and Breakfast prices are per room per night
• Gites prices are per week and includes bedlinen.
• In July and August, Changeover day is Saturday
• Supplementary charge for heating between October-April
• End of stay Cleaning charge payable on arrival
• Local Tax de sejour applies from June-September payable on arrival
• Animals are not accepted
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or french cheque only. Credit card payments can be accepted via paypal.
• For Bed & Breakfast bookings, cancellations made within 24 hours or less from the date of arrival will be charged the full daily rate.

• We are flexible and can accommodate specific requests: short breaks, long lets, & various rental periods. Villas can be rented individually or together.
